Houston Advisor is never available when I need him. Last time was 19 days to make an appointment to have video call.
Ask a question on the website and it never gets answered. Bad advise on stocks - very poor explanations on how accounts work - Due to proprietary funds (which i was not told about beforehand it would cost me 50k to switch brokerages !

Call and inform their 30-year accounts before just dumping them off to anybody they can find in any town. They should have a good reason why. I personally will try to move all accounts away from you, not only mine but everyone I know.

Question about accounts
My local branch was closed. I called to find out how to get all my accounts be displayed in the Edward Jones app.
I was told by corporate customer support that they could not fix the problem. I was told that I had to contact my local EJ office.
I made that call the following Monday. My local office was able to resolve the issue.

Rip off to high fees dishonest company 1 out of 10 a 1
The company sucks; it's there to take your money in fees and you never get to gather and talk. I went to transfer my money market to Thrivent; they wouldn't do it, so I liquidated and now they've screwed me, so now I have to pay taxes on the interest I made.
- Fees dishonesty
Preferred solution: The money back I have to pay in interest back to the federal government

Because they could not figure out how to change someone's Mailing accounts address. Or what's account I asked them to change my money into

Invested for 25 years and you all lost my money,
Thanks for the 100 bucks oh yeah, you thieves charged a fee < $100. Someone needs to be held accountable.
And, some decent resolve. Our mutual fund at employer makes 14 to 25 % every year. Washington mutual fund class 3. Also a 403b annuity and has averaged 9% since 1984.

Father passed away , the financial advisor told me the account was frozen because my daughter's attorney called and tried acting like the trustee of the account, so the account was well over million , couple months went by before a trustee was put in place , and several hundreds of thousands where lost, monthly statements still showing activity, and I was the trusted contact which was told they couldn't share any information with me

I want to change my advisor
I want to change financial advisor. I would like to change my Edward Jones advisor. It's time for me to choose another office to handle my portfolio.
Bad financial advising
I have had an account at a Edward Jones since 1995 but recently moved my account to another firm due to the fact that recently in the last few years I kept getting a new financial advisor. The last advisor that I had never contacted me.
I just received a letter stating who she was. I followed up with my own research and found out that she has an English degree and I also found out she is currently having an affair with the manager in her office who use to be my advisor.
Would you want her to manager your account? I certainly would not!
