I've dealt with a number of brokerages and this firm is by far the worst. Incompetent, inept, dishonest, shady, hires lawyers who manipulate judges and get ridiculous decisions. Google "Goldman SAchs" or "Merrill Lynch" etc - you don't see all these horror stories like...

My mother has dementia. I took the POA to handle her accounts. I have had to jump through hoops to get the advisor to comply with my requests. I moved some funds from EJ to Merrill Lynch (great company!), he has fought me every step of the way! I had the address on the...

In 2016 I had a SImple IRA through my employer with Edward Jones. I contributed the max 13K but did not invest in stocks or any investment product as I saw EJ's fees and just wanted to use the account as cash. (I have other investments with much better fees). In 2017 I...

Edward Jones - Won't never use them again

Stay far away from these people. I had,an ira with them. I wanted to roll another 401k in it because it wasnt a specific amount they wont except it. When i told i will move my money they said who cares. Dispointed because i am not a millionair and work for my money. This the kind of customer service they offer.

I would never recommend Edward Jones. Their employees are rude, condescending and not knowledgeable. I asked for a form for a Direct Rollover. They gave me the forms, I completed them. They called me and insisted they cannot perform the transfer without my transferring...
