- The service is worthless and they want their money out fast.
- Redirected to a non-local branch after contacting corporate; says they were lied to by Edward Jones.
Nothing, absolutely nothing. This is worthless, absolutely worthless.
I called the corporate center and they tried to feed me back to my local branch where it’s not even local to me. They've lied to me three different times. This is a shame. I need my money out of this place as fast as possible.
This place is a *** sham and I would never put my money with Edward Jones in my life again. Ever.
If you need more information, get a hold of me. I’ll tell you every bad thing and every lie they told me thus far.
- More lies
- Putting me in a loan charging me interest my loan has never gone down after five years
- Non employees answering phones

I made a mistake, I thought I was contacting Edward Jones, but I accidentally called your number by mistake. I have nothing but praise, gratitude, and appreciation, for the Company, and especially my advisor (Heather Harris) and (Raelynne, and Jennifer, associates).
They are always there if I have a problem. So please disregard my Faux Pax, it was unintentional.
I called the wrong number. The associate was able to assist me. I am so grateful to Edward Jones; you are always there and willing to help.
- Helpful caring

- Houston Advisor is rarely available.
- Video-call appointments took 19 days.
- Unanswered questions, weak stock explanations, and $50k switch costs.
Houston Advisor is never available when I need him. Last time was 19 days to make an appointment to have video call.
Ask a question on the website and it never gets answered. Bad advise on stocks - very poor explanations on how accounts work - Due to proprietary funds (which i was not told about beforehand it would cost me 50k to switch brokerages !

- Inform 30-year accounts before transferring them.
- They should have a good reason for the change.

Call and inform their 30-year accounts before just dumping them off to anybody they can find in any town. They should have a good reason why. I personally will try to move all accounts away from you, not only mine but everyone I know.

Rip off to high fees dishonest company 1 out of 10 a 1
- They charge fees and limit discussion.
- They refused the money market transfer to Thrivent, and I liquidated and owe taxes on the interest.
The company sucks; it's there to take your money in fees and you never get to gather and talk. I went to transfer my money market to Thrivent; they wouldn't do it, so I liquidated and now they've screwed me, so now I have to pay taxes on the interest I made.
- Fees dishonesty
Preferred solution: The money back I have to pay in interest back to the federal government

Thanks for the 100 bucks oh yeah, you thieves charged a fee < $100. Someone needs to be held accountable.

I used this guy from EJ thinking that he'd keep my money safe while I made some major changes in my life. The pages and pages of a statement every month are a waste of time and their way of saying that they're important.
No download or way one can just get the gains or losses in each investment. The neighborhood Bank does that! When you talk to your so called advisor about it, he just talks it away. And last but not least, there are only 3 portfolios you can be in.
You can't direct them to buy a certain equity. They're not into purchasing and selling Crypto.
Oh maybe through ETF. Oh and all of those Mutual Funds are in need or directly owned by EJ.
