Not resolved

My adviser left and moved to another office and I was never told about this.He took his secretary with him.The new guy is never there and there was no mail delivered for two weeks.The person who takes calls for the office is actually in St.Louis and is arrogant and I feel like I am being bullied when speaking to him.I emailed my original adviser regarding my concerns.He is still listed as my adviser but he said he has no way to access my account.When I asked why he hadn't replied to my email,he told me he asked Christie his secretary to reach out to me but she never did.I said I wanted him not the other guy to manage my account.He said he would have to check with his boss and get back to me.The new guy keeps tryng to get me to come in for a meeting but after telling him I would be contacting him to discuss my account when I did contact him I could tell he was looking at it for the first time.I have been a customer for five years but have decided to hire another money manager.
