Money was Not in checking account when Blane Franco had set up direct deposit ! When I called about funds said it was a “ miscommunication “ I was out of town on a college visit !

This was suppose to be from a 429 Acct. Seriously, if they handle all accounts this way I feel very sorry for people.....not only was it not into the promised Acct .. I called 800 number and waited another 2 days for once again Money NOT in Acct ....this time it was they input the wrong Acct.... even with my voided check....!!!!

Totally unacceptable! Needless to say I no longer am a client ....

A 429 account?!? Oh dear god. NOT a client I would want.
